Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in these Terms.

We reserve the right to modify our pricing. Any price changes will be communicated with at least 30 days notice and will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

5.3 Refunds

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers. If you are not satisfied within the first 14 days, contact us for a full refund. After this period, refunds are provided at our discretion.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by ShiftDetect and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

6.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and display such content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

7. Third-Party Content

The Service monitors and aggregates publicly available information from third-party websites. We do not claim ownership of this content and are not responsible for its accuracy or completeness. The insights generated are for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for business decisions.

8. AI-Generated Content

Our Service uses artificial intelligence to generate summaries and insights. AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. You acknowledge that AI-generated content is provided “as is” and should be verified before making business decisions based on it.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SHIFTDETECT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ShiftDetect and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Service will cease immediately
• We may delete your account and associated data
• Provisions that by their nature should survive will remain in effect

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts of Australia.
